I've read volumes on this topic in the past year. The aspects of library and web 2.0 that enthuse me the most are:
1. Unprecidented opportunities for dialogue and community among geographically dispersed individuals
2. Opportunities for our clients to enhance and contribute content/knowledge and participate in it's organization
